okay, so i've been sitting on my ass for the past year. the biggest excuse for my not having started doing anything is that i'm afraid i won't stretch right.
so i ask, how does one stretch?
don't get me wrong, i've been physical in the past, it's just been way too long. and i think that all the stretches i did for kung fu may be too much for a simple 20 minute jog in the mornings.
and besides stretching, got any other advice? i'd love to hear it.
